Our daily lives and demands pull at us, and man, it’s overwhelmingly forward.
A lot of people lean toward stretching and release work to find relief, but the results are often temporary because the body also needs support, control, and we need an understanding of what’s going on and how to get there.
Finding lasting balance from forward shoulders or simply finding stability and strength in your upper body requires a combination of awareness, mobility, strength, and integration.
If you’re craving balanced, more stable shoulders with a broader controlled range of motion, that’s exactly what I designed this program for.
What am I signing up for?
This is a 12wk plan that includes workouts 4x a week. Workouts last between 15-30 minutes. You are welcome to pause the plan at any time to repeat a week you feel you need more focus on or to take a break when you need.
