You know it’s important to have mobility and strength in your hips but how do you get there?

Our hips are incredibly dynamic and it’s necessary to train them in a way that honors that.

Learning how to move your hips and where it is that your body it limited is how we create a strong foundation.

This plan will get you acquainted with your hips and glutes. Working through gentle mobility, activation and connection before finishing with learning a basic hinge pattern.

Bringing it all together with a full body movement like the hip hinge sets us up for success through daily demands. It also provides us with the connection and control for future strength training in the hips!

What am I signing up for?

This is a 6wk plan that includes workouts 4x a week. Workouts last between 15-30 minutes. You are welcome to pause the plan at any time to repeat a week you feel you need more focus on or to take a break when you need.

What Equipment do I need?

  • Mini Bands

  • Dowel Rod/Broom Stick

  • Yoga Blocks

  • Foam Roller
