This 45min Appointment Call includes:

  • Comprehensive intake + movement assessment

  • Time to share what hasn’t worked for you in the past and what your goals are moving forward.

  • Instruction on tactics to help the exercises best serve you.

  • Guidance on approaching new movements and time to answer your questions.

  • Clear instructions on how to get the most out of your training for your body.

Please arrive on time for your appointment.🧡 If you are more than 10min late the appointment will be assumed missed and cancelation fee will apply.

  • You are not currently injured or seeking care for acute pain or injury.

What You’ll Need

  • The ability to film full-body movement (head to toe in frame)

  • Dependable internet connection

  • A small amount of open floor space

  • Consistent access to your training environment

  • Some basic equipment

    • Foam Roller

    • Yoga Blocks

    • Resistance bands

    • Therapy Ball (tennis ball will do!)

    You do not have to have the equipment for our call, you are welcome to wait to purchase equipment until the plan is assigned if you prefer!

How Training Is Delivered

Your program will be delivered inside the Align app, where you’ll have:

  • Structured workouts placed directly into your calendar

  • Guided video demonstrations for each movement

  • Built-in tracking for completion and notes

  • A private messaging tab for voice, video, or text communication. Please limit questions/ requests to 1-2x per week and allow 48hrs for response.

  • You will be instructed to create an account for the App/Software upon completing the Application

  • The appointment time shown when you book your session will appear in your current time zone. As long as that time works for you, grab it!

  • After scheduling your session you will be emailed your Zoom Meeting link! Please be sure to check your promotions/spam folder if you do not see it.

  • I do not! I am a personal trainer, not a physical therapist. This is considered fitness and wellbeing not therapy or medical treatment.

  • If you have any questions please message me within the App under messages. You can also email me at Caroline@align-movement-massage.com OR submit the form at the bottom of this page.

  • I operate a full time in person practice as well as offer online services. Scheduling time means someone else cannot schedule during that time. This ensures you are committed to your time slot. If you need to reschedule, please do so within 24hrs of your appointment time and you can receive your payment back or a credit to your account.

  • I cannot treat or diagnose injury. If you are injured please get clearance from your healthcare provider for exercise before you schedule your appointment with me.
