When massage therapy meets corrective exercise, great things can happen! Align’s services are geared towards bringing balance and strength to the body.

What is it?

So often in society our bodies are put in compromising positions and postures, over time causing imbalances and too often injury.

In your Function Alignment session we will do a full body assessment to determine your body’s preferred patterns and possible imbalances and work on releasing areas of tension that can be holding you back. Then focus on building strength in areas that need it and integrate movements to build mind body connections, core strength and balance. With this personalized approach we can work towards getting your body back on track to moving in your most efficient way.

You will leave with a 4-6wk plan uploaded to the software/App with tutorial videos and resources!

Please wear comfortable, athletic clothing to these sessions. Form fitting options are helpful to better see patterns and movements.
