A series of approachable or targeted corrective exercises designed to restore balance, build strength, and improve how you move.
How I work
I perform a full-body assessment to identify preferred movement patterns and imbalances. I use targeted release (self-release) to reduce tension that’s holding you back. We build strength where you need it most and integrate movements that improve core, balance, and mind-body connection.
You leave with a personalized 4–6 week plan complete with tutorial videos and resources.in the Align app.
